uTox settings not presisting

Was 64 bit Windows XP(?)
Issue 1:
After restart the new position of the window is taken like
every new window, but it should stay as it was (so - remember the
size and location).
Note: Most likely a Windows thing
Also to remember the settings don´t work, if I
select none - to not use any camera device after restart my camera
is again chosen as the cam device.
